Change Non-Conformance Type to an Unlocked field

Due to this being a locked field it has caused issues when someone in the past has input the wrong selection and no one (not myself as the Quality Manager, or our company Admin) can correct this. I can understand the NCR number and date being locked fields, but all other fields should be editable at least by someone within our organization with the right credentials so that mis-inputs can be corrected. Due to this issue the use of the Non-Conformance portion of jobboss2 is a last item thing once NCRs are checked and double checked before being input. Simply being able to correct this issue would make the use of the NCR generation portion more user friendly with the end users needs.
